6RZ60 SUPERLIGHT

The new SERMAC 6RZ60 Superlight is designed with a versatile 6 section, “RZ” fold boom type made in high quality strength steel S900. The pump 6RZ60 is ideal for medium-large applications, such as pumping at height on elevated roads and bridges or pumping at length in slabs, foundations and walls. A boom length of over 59 m and Ø 125 mm pipeline makes the 6RZ60 perfect for jobs which require a larger flow of concrete. The X-type front outriggers and swing-out type rear outriggers allow the pump to be set-up in the most difficult spaces, and provide great stability in every pumping phase. The 6RZ60 combines a perfect assembly on a 5 axle truck with a wheelbase of 6,750 mm. Excellent ratio between the total weight and 6-stage boom to achieve maximum efficiency: < 47 t (103617 lb) on a 5 axle vehicle. The pumping groups G9 at open circuit hydraulic system AG9L10-170-80 and AG9L10-200-80 offer reliability and high performance theoretical concrete output from 170 m³/h to 200 m³/h and pressure up to 80 bar.
