5RZ46 SUPERLIGHT

The SERMAC 5RZ46 Superlight is designed with a versatile 5 section, “RZ” fold boom type made in high quality strength steel S900. The 5RZ46 is ideal for applications such as pumping at height on residential and industrial buildings, bridges, excavations and foundations. A boom length of over 45 m and Ø 125 mm pipeline make the 5RZ46 excellent for jobs which require a larger flow of concrete. The 5RZ46 combines a perfect assembly on a 4 axle truck with a wheelbase of 4,850 – 5,450 mm. Excellent ratio between the total weight and 5-stage boom to achieve maximum efficiency: < 32 t (70547 lb). The pumping groups G9 at open circuit hydraulic system AG9L10-170-80 and AG9L10-200-80 offer reliability and high performance theoretical concrete output from 170 m³/h to 200 m³/h and pressure up to 80 bar.
