The SERMAC 5Z42 concrete pump is designed with a versatile 5 section, “Z” fold boom. The 5Z42 pump is ideal for applications such as pumping at height on residential and industrial buildings, bridges, excavations and foundations. A boom minimum unfolding height of 8,0 m and double wall pipeline make the 5Z42 excellent for jobs which require a larger flow of concrete. The original Z-fold design allows the placing boom to unfold to its full reach at an exceptionally low height, making it ideal for confined spaces and hard to access areas where large size concrete pumps would have difficulties in setting up and operating. The 5Z42 combines a perfect assembly on a 4 axle truck with a wheelbase of 4,850 – 5,450 mm. Excellent ratio between the total weight and 5-stage boom to achieve maximum efficiency: < 32 t (70547 lb). The pumping groups G9 at open circuit hydraulic system models AG9L10-170-80 and AG9L10-200-80 offer reliability and high performance theoretical concrete output from 170 m³/h to 200 m³/h and pressure up to 80 bar.
