In SERMAC we know very well that the purchase of an important work tool, such as a concrete pump or concrete mixer pump, requires great attention and competence, since it is an equipment that must support and make the work of its owner safe and productive for many years.

Since SERMAC wishes to be close to its customers and provide an ever better service, we invite you to fill out the survey questionnaire relating to customer satisfaction which is sent about 6 months after the purchase of the equipment.
The information contained in the questionnaire are both grouped together to be analyzed at a statistical level and specifically brought to the attention of our responsible offices. The resulting actions are essential to allow us to always live up to the needs and expectations of our customers.
