PAINTING
The products used for painting SERMAC machines boast an important know-how deriving from the rail, naval and transport sectors worldwide. The machines are handled by qualified personnel who are constantly updated on new technologies, in factories with state-of-the-art tools to respect the operators and the environment. The research of products, their constant updating and their relative guarantee of duration and quality is our priority. The equipment is treated with a special protective zinc coating used in the naval sector, designed to prevent and protect against oxide. The protective primer is applied in a double coat and passes the 500-hour salt spray resistance tests. With a complete enamel cycle, the entire painting exceeds 1,000 hours of resistance to saline mist. The final enamel has high resistance to UV rays and atmospheric agents, maintaining its original degree of gloss over time. The applied cycle therefore provides a high standard of strength and durability in symbiosis with the care of the aesthetic impact.
PLATES AND PICTOGRAMS
The entire line of safety plates and pictograms boasts the highest technology in the industry because they are used for high-speed rail or in the motor racing sector. Each plate, whether it has an embossed or smooth finish, is treated with a protective film that guarantees resistance to surface scratches, UV rays and atmospheric agents. Great attention is paid to the weight and to the glue which, after years of tests and experience in the field, guarantees extreme durability and reliability in conditions of high stress. Our adhesives range also boasts the innovative 3D embossed lettering made with mixtures of flexible resins which, while maintaining all the features mentioned above, significantly increases the aesthetic impact for a premium product down to the smallest detail.
