SERMAC has a proper system of management for the Quality in accordance with International Directives UNI EN ISO 9001:2015, to demonstrate its capability to satisfy customer's requirements by the continuous improvement of the Quality of its products and services offered. The process is developed by the participation of all SERMAC staff in the carrying out of the Quality System.
The Director of Transportation Technical Supervision of Warsaw - Poland
(Dyrektor Transportowego Dozoru Technicznego - TDT), entitles SERMAC to modernization and repair of concrete pumps under technical supervision carried by Transportation Technical Supervision and to manufaturing components for the their modernization and repair.
